Zebra Growth provided strategic guidance in designing and building the With Life Community, while also supported nRhythm and Capital Institute (the founding organizations of With Life) with growth marketing execution to effectively promote their products and services.

Who is With Life?
Born from the confluence of nRhythm and Capital Institute’s communities, the With Life Community includes thousands of members from diverse backgrounds, professions and institutions. With over 52 nationalities represented in this community it brings together a rich tapestry of global perspectives and experiences. The community came together to reimagine how we organize in a way that catalyzes healthy, resilient change in all systems so that businesses, communities, farms, schools, governments, and entire economies align with life, work with life, and are ultimately thriving with life. By joining the community, members gain instant access to a variety of experiences, including live workshops, online courses, assessment tools, practice labs, intimate group discussions, and a wealth of shared resources that build their capacity in the With Life Approach to organize for transformative change.
nRhythm
nRhythm is a diverse team of entrepreneurs, activists, artists, scientists, farmers, writers, and designers combining their collective talents, expertise, and lived experience to address the crippling impediments we observed consistently in how we organize in business, policy, governments and communities. They support organizations on six continents, addressing the world’s most pressing social and environmental issues to organize in alignment with Living Systems.
Capital Institute
Capital Institute is a 501(c)3 and non-partisan think tank working to create a more just and sustainable way of life on earth. Together with their global ecosystem of 1000+ change makers they combine modern science, storytelling, and the knowledge of timeless wisdom traditions to illuminate the path from an extractive economy to an emerging regenerative economy that supports the long-term well-being of people, planet and business.
The Opportunities
Broadening the With Life Marketing funnel
With Life encountered several challenges, not only in building and launching their community but also in promoting nRhythm and Capital Institute’s existing program, ensuring that the momentum from these programs would flow seamlessly into the broader With Life funnel.

Navigating Siloed Efforts and Lack of Integration Across Teams. With Life recognized the potential for siloed efforts as different teams worked on overlapping areas.
To prevent duplication and maintain cohesion across initiatives, they needed a strategic partner who could help them coordinate internal teams and integrate workflows. Zebra Growth was brought in with the specific aim of acting as an extension of their team, ensuring that projects were collaborative and aligned rather than disconnected or fragmented.


Balancing Flexibility with Strategic Structure. With Life operates in a highly flexible and dynamic environment where priorities often shift, and new opportunities emerge.
Even though they required a clear path forward for launching their community and advancing their broader goals, they were also wary of committing to a rigid roadmap that could hinder their adaptive approach. They needed a roadmap that provided direction while allowing space for iterative improvement and real-time adjustments as new information and challenges arose.


Uncertainty in Platform Selection for the MVP Community. The With Life team was unsure about which platform would best support their vision for the With Life Community.
They were hesitant to spend too much time evaluating platforms, fearing it would delay the project’s progress. This uncertainty created friction, as they needed a clear strategy and foundational messaging to guide the platform selection process without wasting valuable time.


Managing Internal Capacity and Resource Allocation. With Life needed to ensure that internal capacity was being used effectively and that their resources were properly allocated.
They were concerned about overburdening their teams or mismanaging talent across various departments. Coordinating the efforts of both internal and external teams was crucial to prevent inefficiencies, and to make sure the right people were involved in the right projects at the right time.

Initiatives
Our collaboration with With Life went beyond traditional client-agency dynamics.
It was rooted in a deep, trust-based relationship where Zebra Growth became fully integrated into their team – acting as a strategic partner and co-creator in key projects. Together, we navigated their complex and evolving needs through flexibility, adaptability, and a lifelong partnership approach.

Initiative 1:
A Lifelong, Trust-Based Partnership
From the outset our partnership was built on mutual trust and open communication. With Life sought more than just a service provider—they needed a partner who could grow with them, adapt to emerging priorities, and offer continuous support. Over time, we established a relationship where Zebra Growth became a natural extension of their team, co-executing key initiatives rather than delivering disconnected projects. This trust allowed us to work in a fluid, collaborative manner, adjusting plans as needed without the constraints of rigid deliverables.

Initiative 2:
Embracing a Flexible, Iterative Approach
To accommodate With Life’s ever-evolving needs, Zebra Growth adopted a highly adaptive, cyclical strategy that prioritized flexibility. Instead of following a rigid roadmap, we co-developed a strategy that allowed for ongoing reassessment and realignment based on new insights and shifting priorities. This approach meant that every phase of the project, starting with the community strategy, was designed to be revisited and refined as needed. By focusing on flexibility within a clear strategic framework we ensured that we could respond quickly to real-time needs without sacrificing long-term goals.


Initiative 3:
Co-Creating the With Life Community Strategy
The development of the With Life community was a truly co-creative process. We worked alongside their team to establish the foundation—messaging, tone of voice, community narrative, funnel, key channels and content clusters—before moving on to mock up the community’s landing page. This collaboration allowed us to set clear communication, engagement, and retention goals while remaining flexible enough to iterate as the project progressed. Each step was built in phases, allowing for frequent feedback and adjustments, ensuring that the strategy aligned not just with the community’s needs but with With Life’s broader vision and objectives.


Initiative 4:
Integrating Internal and External Resources Seamlessly
Zebra Growth seamlessly integrated into With Life’s operations, managing both internal capacity and our own resources to ensure maximum efficiency. By collaborating closely with their team we identified which tasks were best handled internally and where external support was most beneficial. This helped prevent resource strain and ensured the right people were involved in the right tasks. Our ability to co-execute projects alongside their internal teams fostered a collaborative dynamic, ensuring that both teams operated as a unified force toward achieving their goals.

Key Achievements

Co-Creating the Holistic With Life Marketing Funnel
One of our most significant collaborative projects was the development and launch of the holistic With Life marketing funnel. This project involved integrating the existing programs of nRhythm and Capital Institute into a unified strategy. Together, we co-developed every aspect of the funnel—from concept to execution—ensuring that all initiatives worked seamlessly together. Our role wasn’t just to provide recommendations; we worked side by side with With Life’s internal team, crafting a funnel that aligned with their broader vision while maintaining flexibility to adapt as new insights emerged.

Co-Executing Strategies for Capital Institute’s Courses and Programs
Our collaboration extended to promoting Capital Institute’s courses and programs. In a co-creative process we developed and executed comprehensive strategies that included the creation of lead magnets and promotional static and video content, the launch of paid media campaigns and email marketing initiatives, and the design and development of key landing pages. Every step was a joint effort, ensuring that both teams were aligned and that the strategies reflected the goals and values of Capital Institute. By working together, we could adapt quickly to new data and insights, fine-tuning campaigns in real time to maximize impact while maintaining the integrity of the message.

Co-Ideating, Co-Designing and Launching the With Life Community
One of the cornerstone achievements of our partnership was the co-creation and launch of the With Life community. This project exemplified our ability to adapt and co-create in real-time and the process was highly collaborative, with regular input and ideation from both sides, ensuring the community was not only strategically sound but also deeply aligned with With Life’s broader goals. We worked hand in hand to bring this community to life, from ideation to execution, remaining responsive to any emerging needs.
Throughout this journey the trust and collaboration between With Life and Zebra Growth deepened our relationship, allowing us to co-develop, co-execute, and continually refine strategies that aligned with their long-term vision. Our work together wasn’t just about delivering outcomes but about nurturing a partnership grounded in shared values, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing growth.
