A calling to marketeers
Growth that returns
what extraction takes.
Mother Earth, she speaks clearly now. She's no longer whispering at us.
Regenerative growth energises the people it affects more than it depletes them, and shifts power and wealth in the process.

We’ve been taught to measure growth by revenue and reach, while ignoring where power and value accumulate.
That’s the old playbook we’re here to rewrite.
Regenerative growth is the antidote.
Through a Community of Practice and a Regenerative Growth Architecture, we’re rethinking the narrative and proving that healthy growth circulates value, deepens trust and strengthens the relationships, communities and systems an organisation depends on.

Who this programme is for
Entrepreneurs, and ecosystem builders
building something they deeply care about, without compromising the values that got them there.
Growth and marketing consultants
working with purpose-driven organisations, or looking to move into that kind of work.
Senior in-house sales and intrapreneurs
inside impact scale-ups and larger, established organisations, ready to champion a different approach to growth from within.
What you can expect
Self-paced, on your terms
Every session is recorded by our practitioners, so you're not tied to a weekly schedule. Complete the programme in 2 weeks, spread it across several months, or take longer, whatever fits your availability, workload, and the way you learn best.
Community of Practice
1-2 monthly online meet-up, bringing together practitioners, guest speakers, lecturers, and the Zebra Growth team. It's a space to stay connected with peers, work through real applications together, challenge one another, and keep learning beyond the recorded sessions.
Become part of something bigger
Because this is the first on-demand iteration, participants who join now will be invited to help shape what the future looks like: the community rhythm, the gatherings, and how future participants experience the programme. You're not just taking the course, you're helping design it with us.
Updated content & new modules
We’ll be updating the course material and supporting worksheets regularly to ensure that you get the most recent content, and will be releasing non-core modules for those who want to go even deeper on specific topics.

Inside the Programme
You’ll apply the framework to your own organisation, brand, client work or initiative as you move through the programme, building practical clarity you can take straight into live work.

The four part journey
Part 1: Seeing the System
- See the patterns shaping growth before you try to redesign them.
- You’ll examine the roots of extractive growth, learn the RGA diagnostic framework, and begin mapping your organisation across Story, Traction, and Integrity.
- Completing this part opens access to the Community of Practice.
Part 2: Designing regenerative Growth
- With the diagnostic lens in place, you move into designing regenerative growth.
- You’ll work across Story, Traction, and Integrity, applying each pillar to a real organisational context.
- This is the core applied learning phase of the programme.
Part 3: Context, Learning & Scale
- Look beyond the organisation to understand the wider conditions shaping growth.
- Map your ecosystem contribution, examine the internal conditions that support or limit change, and define what regenerative scale means in your context.
Part 4: Integration & Certification
- Bring the full programme together through your regenerative Growth Architecture Blueprint.
- Present a real, applied portfolio that demonstrates your diagnostic capability, architectural thinking, and practitioner judgement.

Go deeper into the ideas behind the course.
Read, watch and listen to how Zebra Growth understands regenerative growth, decolonial marketing and communications, and the shift beyond growth for growth’s sake before making your decision to invest.
Honest answers, plainly written.
The course will be accessible from mid November, and because it's self-paced and on-demand, you can start as soon as it's live. There's no fixed start date or cohort to wait for.
We're piloting a community of practice for RGA participants: free monthly online meet-ups bringing together facilitators, guest speakers, lecturers, and the Zebra Growth team. It's a space to stay connected with peers, work through real applications together, and keep learning beyond the recorded sessions. We're still shaping exactly how this will run and will share more as it takes form.
RGA runs as an annual subscription. You're billed quarterly across the year, and your access, the community of practice, and any new material released during your subscription period are included.
We hold a number of scholarship places open at any time, prioritised by financial need. You can apply for one as part of enrolment, and we'll confirm the outcome before your first payment is due.
For as long as your annual subscription is active. Your subscription gives you a full year of access from your start date; if you renew, access continues.
As we move toward Higher Education accreditation in 2027, credits earned through this programme will carry over into that pathway, so the work you complete now continues to count later. We'll confirm the exact credit-mapping once accreditation is formally in place.
Yes. Many participants join through professional development budgets, leadership learning budgets, organisational training budgets, or innovation and transformation programmes. We can also provide an invoice or supporting documentation for your organisation where required.
A fair challenge is that regenerative approaches trade away commercial rigour for good intentions. We'd push back on that. Traction, financial health, and profitability sit inside this framework as one of its three core pillars, not outside it. This programme treats commercial sustainability as a genuine part of healthy growth, not something to apologise for.
An equally fair challenge is scepticism toward anything that still charges a subscription fee or still calls itself a "certificate." We take that seriously. Scholarships are available, and the frameworks are shared as openly as we can make them. We see this as a working tool for people already inside organisations and systems, not a replacement for deeper structural or policy change.
We'd rather you ask than assume it isn't. This programme exists partly because the word "regenerative" gets used loosely, and we didn't want to add to that. What we're challenging and confronting is who holds power, where wealth moves, and how decisions get made under pressure, not just the language used to describe it. We check our own public claims periodically, and would rather be challenged on this than take the label for granted.
- Subscription term: enrolling gives you access to the Regenerative Growth Architecture Practitioner Certificate for 12 months from your subscription start date.
- Billing: option of 2 equal instalments, settled before the end of 2026. Payment tiers Supported £300pa, Sustaining £500pa, or Redistributing at £00pa
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
- Scholarships: scholarship places are limited, awarded at Zebra Growth's discretion, and may require an application and supporting information.
- Certification: the Practitioner Certificate is issued on completion of all nine modules and the final integration review, and is not issued for partial completion.
- Credits & accreditation: credits toward the planned Higher Education accreditation pathway are not guaranteed until that accreditation is formally in place. Zebra Growth will confirm credit-mapping once it is finalised.
- Intellectual property: all course materials, frameworks, and recordings remain the intellectual property of Zebra Growth and are licensed to participants for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be redistributed, resold, or used to deliver training on Zebra Growth's behalf without written agreement.
- Community of practice: community meet-ups are currently offered free of charge as part of a pilot and may change in format, frequency, or cost as the offering develops. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
Most programmes stop at the leader. This one moves the conditions around them too.
